    Booking and Payments

    The prices have their own chart set; the presented pricing includes two night with breakfast, with all taxes already applied.

    The reservation at Herdade Vale do Manantio is only confirmed after the payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount and after presenting the proof of payment by email or other means agreed between the parties.

    The signal payment should be made within the first 24 hours after the reservation is made. In case this does not happen, the reservation is cancelled.

    Cancelling and other booking changes

    After the reservation is confirmed through the signal payment, any kind of room or day changes from the previously selected ones cannot be made.

    In case of cancellation due to the inability to travel imposed by COVID-19 pandemic the amount of the reservation will stay in credit to be used in a future reservation and valid for a period of one year.

    In the case of “NO SHOW”, that is, non-attendance of the guest for the “check-in”, without prior notice, on the date defined the amounts previously paid for confirmation of the reservation will not be returned to the customer.

    The customer who gives up the reservation can cancel it by sending email or other means adjusted between both parts;

    The return of the reservation payment is subject to the following deadlines:

    • Cancellation made until 7 (seven) days before “check-in”, will result the return of 80% (eighty percent) of the amount paid for the reservation;

    • Cancellation made with less than 7 (seven) days before “check-in”, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

    In the event of a reservation cancellation by Herdade Vale do Manantio, it must formalize it by email and will be obliged to return the full amount paid by the client.

    Extras

    If a baby crib is needed for children between 0 to 3 years old, 15€/night will be added to the room’s total price.

    If one extra bed is needed for children between 2 to 12 years old, 25€/night will be added to the room’s total pricing. For +12 years old children, 40€/night will be added to the room’s total pricing.

    Each room can only have one extra bed.

    Common space usage

    No animals are allowed in rooms or common spaces at the Estate. If a client brings pets, the company must be previously warned, in order to let the proper accommodations available for them, with a 10€ daily tax payment.

    No smoking is allowed inside rooms, or any closed common spaces.

    No eating or drinking of food or beverages purchased outside the Estate is allowed.

    The company is set with all the valid insurances, required for running its business properly.
