Accommodation prices are set out in a separate table and are presented per night, with breakfast included. All prices include VAT and other legally applicable taxes.

Reservations can be made through the official website www.valedomanantio.com, by telephone, by email or through duly authorized travel agencies. For direct reservations, confirmation is only considered valid upon payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the stay.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hours after making the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

After the reservation is confirmed through the signal payment, any kind of room or day changes from the previously selected ones cannot be made.

In case of cancellation due to the inability to travel imposed by COVID-19 pandemic the amount of the reservation will stay in credit to be used in a future reservation and valid for a period of one year.

In the case of “NO SHOW”, that is, non-attendance of the guest for the “check-in”, without prior notice, on the date defined the amounts previously paid for confirmation of the reservation will not be returned to the customer.

The customer who gives up the reservation can cancel it by sending email or other means adjusted between both parts;

The return of the reservation payment is subject to the following deadlines:

• Cancellation made until 15 (fifteen) days before “check-in”, will result the return of 80% (eighty percent) of the amount paid for the reservation;

• Cancellation made with less than 15 (fifteen) days before “check-in”, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

In the event of a reservation cancellation by Herdade Vale do Manantio, it must formalize it by email and will be obliged to return the full amount paid by the client.

The use of the crib is free for children up to 2 years old.

An extra bed for children aged 3 to 8 is available at an additional cost of €55 per night, added to the room rate.

Only one extra bed is allowed per room.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms or common areas. If you wish to bring animals, please inform us in advance. We will provide specific facilities for their stay, subject to a daily fee of €10.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in all enclosed spaces of the Estate.

The consumption of food or drinks purchased outside the Herdade's facilities is not permitted.

The company has all mandatory and valid insurance, guaranteeing the safety and legality of its activities.
